By creating an account on SAT Crush, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be 13 years of age or older to use SAT Crush. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian is aware of your use of this service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

SAT Crush uses a one-time purchase model. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have answered fewer than 50 questions. Contact support@satcrush.com for refund requests.

• All questions, explanations, visuals, and other content are owned by SAT Crush
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform
• SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse SAT Crush

The AI tutor provides educational assistance only. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors. The AI tutor is not a substitute for professional tutoring, and results should be verified independently.

• No bots, scripts, or automated tools may be used to access the platform
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Scraping or bulk downloading of content is strictly forbidden

SAT Crush aims to help you improve your SAT score. However, individual results vary based on effort, study time, and starting level. Any improvement claims are based on averages across our user base and are not guarantees.

SAT Crush is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SAT Crush.
